Collection: High-voltage hybrid inverters

On-grid hybrid inverters for high-voltage batteries, above 100V: Huawei SUN2000-5K-MAP0 at 5 kW three-phase with two MPPTs, Marstek Mars I Plus at 12 kW with four MPPTs, Deye SUN-40K-SG01HP3 at 40 kW and the Deye SUN-125K PCS module at 125 kW for commercial and industrial storage.

High voltage pays off at large power: at 400V the same energy flows at a quarter of the current of a 48V system, so thinner cable, lower losses and higher conversion efficiency. In exchange the modules go in series and there is a minimum number.

A PCS is not a PV inverter: it converts only between battery and grid, in installations where generation is handled by separate inverters.
