The Sungrow S800S is a single-phase 800 VA microinverter that sits directly under 2 PV modules. Each input has its own independent MPPT, so one shaded or soiled panel never drags the others down. Conversion happens at the module, straight to 230 V AC, and no high-voltage DC is left running across the roof.
