SolarEdge SE-MTR-3Y-400V-A Energy Meter 230/400 V Modbus for DIN Rail
The SolarEdge SE-MTR-3Y-400V-A is the energy meter with Modbus interface used in SolarEdge systems to measure photovoltaic production, the consumption of the installation or the exchange with the grid. Connected to the inverter, it enables functions such as consumption monitoring, export limitation and Smart Energy management.
It is installed on a DIN rail or on a surface in the electrical panel and can be used on both single-phase and three-phase 230/400 V networks. Current measurement is carried out through external current transformers (available in the 100 A, 250 A and 1000 A versions, one for each phase, not included), while the connection to the inverter is made with a half-duplex RS485 bus using the Modbus protocol with 120 Ω line termination.
