A 24V Victron energy storage system with the entire DC side included: two 25.6V Lithium NG batteries in parallel, your choice of 300Ah (15.4kWh) or 200Ah (10.2kWh), a 5kVA MultiPlus-II inverter/charger, one Lynx Smart BMS NG per battery, Cerbo GX monitoring with touch display and a 24V→12V converter for low-voltage loads.

Built for 24V installations: boats, motorhomes and vans, special vehicles, mountain huts and small off-grid homes. Everything needed to wire batteries, BMS, Lynx busbar, inverter and Orion is in the box, sized according to Victron's manuals.

How it is built

Two BMS, one per battery, for redundancy: if one battery has a problem, its BMS disconnects it and the system keeps running on the other one.

Each battery has its own Class T fuse on the positive (300A for the 300Ah, 200A for the 200Ah) and its own 500A Lynx Smart BMS NG. The first BMS sits in line with the Lynx Distributor; the second connects to the Distributor with one 95mm² cable per pole, protected by a 300A MEGA fuse, exactly as in Victron's official schematics with two Lynx Smart BMS NG in parallel.

The MultiPlus-II is connected with two 50mm² cables per pole and two 200A MEGA fuses, 400A in total, as the Victron manual specifies. Each of the two positive cables runs through a 275A Victron battery switch (60V max), and the MultiPlus-II case is bonded to the negative with a cable of the same size, as shown in Victron's schematics. BMS, MultiPlus-II and Cerbo GX talk to each other, so charging and discharging are managed by the Victron electronics; the Cerbo GX is powered from both BMS and stays on even if one of them is switched off.

What's in the kit

Cable cross-sections and fuse ratings are the ones Victron's manuals specify for this configuration: we take care of the sizing.

Not included: solar panels and MPPT controllers, AC-side wiring and protection (AC panel, breakers, RCD), battery racks or brackets, installation and commissioning.

Cables are supplied for a compact layout, with batteries, Lynx busbar and inverter close together. Battery cables must not run in a closed conduit: if they do, Victron asks for twice the cross-section. If your plant room needs longer runs, tell us before ordering and we will adapt the material.
