SolarEdge Home Load Controller SEM-DCS-R08-00
The SolarEdge Home Load Controller SEM-DCS-R08-00 is the load control device of the SolarEdge Smart Energy ecosystem: it switches household loads on and off (water heaters, heat pumps, pool pumps, heating elements) according to photovoltaic production, maximising self-consumption and reducing grid draw.
It features two controlled dry contacts: in the normally open configuration it switches up to 250 VAC / 8 A (30 VDC / 8 A), in the normally closed configuration up to 250 VAC / 4 A, with over 20,000 switching cycles and 50,000 hours of service life. It communicates wirelessly over the SolarEdge Home network (863-870 MHz in Europe), mounts on a DIN rail to IEC/EN 60715, measures 100 x 50 x 35 mm and is IP30. Consumption below 1.5 W and 5-year warranty.
