The FoxESS S3000-G2 is a 3 kW single-phase string inverter from the S (G2) series, designed for small grid-connected residential photovoltaic systems. It has a single MPPT tracker with a 50-480 V operating range and a maximum PV voltage of 500 V, and accepts up to 4500 W of photovoltaic modules.
Maximum efficiency is 97.40% (European 96.80%) and night-time consumption stays below 1 W. The compact body weighs only 5.4 kg and, with IP65 protection rating and natural convection cooling, it can also be installed outdoors. This version includes AFCI arc fault protection and the WiLAN dongle for monitoring over Wi-Fi and LAN on the FoxESS Cloud app.
