Solar Cable 4 mm² Red H1Z2Z2-K 100 m Coil
Single-core H1Z2Z2-K 4 mm² solar cable in red, supplied on a 100 m coil. It is the cable intended for wiring the direct current side of a photovoltaic system: connection between the modules of the string, extension leads to the string box and runs from the modules to the inverter or the DC isolator. Red is conventionally used for the positive pole, paired with the black version for the negative.
The conductor is class 5 flexible stranded tinned copper to EN 60228, with insulation and sheath in a halogen-free cross-linked compound. The double-layer construction ensures resistance to UV rays, ozone and the weather and makes it suitable for outdoor installation, in conduit or directly on the module mounting structures. The cable complies with EN 50618 and IEC 62930, with a maximum operating voltage of 1.5 kV direct current and a declared expected service life of 25 years.
