Full pallet of 36 TW Solar modules rated 625 W, for a total of 22.5 kWp. Buying the complete pallet costs less than buying single modules and is the usual choice for a complete residential or commercial system.

The TW Solar TWMNH-66HD625W is a 625 W bifacial dual glass module at 23.1 % efficiency, built by Tongwei with 132 N-type TNC (TOPCon) half-cells on G12R rectangular wafers in a 2382 × 1134 mm format. The laminate uses two 2.0 mm heat-strengthened glass sheets, the front one with an anti-reflective coating, and the bifaciality factor of 80 % ± 5 % allows light reflected off the mounting surface to be harvested too, with documented production gains from 5 % to over 28 % depending on mounting configuration and albedo.

This module is aimed at commercial, industrial and utility scale projects: warehouses, ballasted flat roofs, carports and ground-mounted parks, where high power per panel cuts the number of modules, connections and structural components for the same installed kWp. N-type cells are immune to light-induced degradation and show a power temperature coefficient of -0.28 %/°C, with a good response in low light conditions. The glass-glass structure ensures resistance to moisture, ammonia and salt mist, with certified loads of 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the rear and a 30-year linear warranty on power.
