The GoodWe GW40K-ET-10 is the 40kW three-phase hybrid inverter of the ET 40-50kW series, intended for commercial and industrial applications with high-voltage storage. It integrates 3 MPPTs with 2 strings each and input currents up to 42A per tracker, a maximum PV voltage of 1,000V and a very wide MPPT range (165-850V), for a photovoltaic array of up to 60,000W.
The battery works in the 200-800V range with 100A continuous in charge and discharge and up to 44,000W of power. The back-up output delivers a rated 40,000W with an overload of up to 44,000VA (48,000VA for 60 s, 60,000VA for 10 s), ensuring service continuity for critical loads. Maximum efficiency is 98.1% (97.5% European), the protection rating is IP66 and cooling is by smart fans. Communications include RS485, Wi-Fi, LAN and Bluetooth as standard, with optional 4G, and CAN to the BMS; Type II DC surge arresters (Type I+II optional) and Type II AC surge arresters are built in.
