What it does
- With the alarm set, opening a door or window fitted with a contact sets off the SNZB-09P siren and sends a notification to the phone.
- The two SNZB-03PR2 motion sensors pick up presence in the rooms you pass through, such as the hallway and the living room.
- The SNZB-01P button arms and disarms the alarm with different presses, without opening the app.
- You set up two modes: away with every sensor active, night with just the door and window contacts.
- The eWeLink app logs the history of openings and movement, useful for knowing who came in and when.
- With the alarm disarmed, the same sensors drive other automations, such as switching on a light when the door opens.

How it is installed
Hub and network. The ZB Bridge Pro is powered over USB and goes somewhere central, away from large metal masses and at least a metre from the router. In the eWeLink app you add the bridge and connect it to the home Wi-Fi. All the sensors talk Zigbee to the bridge.
Contacts and motion. The contacts stick to the fixed frame of doors and windows, with the magnet on the opening leaf, lined up and a few millimetres apart: the front door first, then the easiest windows to reach. The motion sensors go in a corner, about two metres off the ground, facing the walkway rather than windows or radiators.
Siren and button. The siren goes somewhere central, in the hallway for example, where it is heard throughout the house and is not immediately visible to anyone coming in; it is powered as the manufacturer specifies. The button is fixed near the front door, to arm the alarm as you leave. No accessories are needed: the sensors are fixed with the adhesive supplied.
App and pairing. In the eWeLink app all the devices are paired to the bridge, one at a time, and renamed after where they are. Test every contact by opening the door and the windows, walk in front of the motion sensors and sound the siren for a moment, to check its volume and coverage.
Recommended automations. Away scene: if a contact opens or a sensor detects movement, the siren sounds and the notification arrives. Night scene: the contacts only. A single press of the button to arm, a double press to disarm, a long press to sound the siren in an emergency. A delay of a few seconds on the front door is worth setting.
Contents verified. SNZB-04P contacts, SNZB-03PR2 motion sensors, the SNZB-09P siren and the SNZB-01P button are Sonoff Zigbee devices and pair with the ZB Bridge Pro, which brings them into the eWeLink app. The sensors stick on with the adhesive supplied and need no mounting accessories.

Before you order
Do you need a hub?
Yes, and it is included: the ZB Bridge Pro coordinates the sensors, the siren and the button over Zigbee and links them to the eWeLink app. No subscription is needed to arm, disarm and receive the notifications.
Does it work with Alexa, Google and Apple?
Yes with Alexa and Google Home, by linking the eWeLink account to their apps: the supported sensors appear there and can be used in routines. The alarm logic stays in the eWeLink app. The ZB Bridge Pro does not add directly to Apple Home.
Do you need an electrician?
No: the sensors are battery-powered and fix with the adhesive supplied, bridge and siren are powered as the manufacturer describes. No cables are run and the electrical installation is left untouched.
What happens if there is no internet?
The scenes saved on the bridge between the sensors and the siren can carry on working in the house, while those that go through the eWeLink cloud, and the notifications on your phone, stop until the connection is back. If the power goes, the bridge goes off.
Are batteries included?
Contacts, motion sensors and button run on button cells, as specified by the manufacturer; the button takes a CR2477. The eWeLink app shows the charge level and warns you when it gets low.
Can I add more sensors?
Yes: more Sonoff Zigbee contacts and motion, flood or smoke sensors can be added to the bridge. For an alarm with tamper sensors that keeps working without mains power, look at the kit with Home Assistant and a UPS.
What if a product is out of stock on Amazon?
Get in touch through the contact page quoting the kit code: we will point you to an alternative that works with the other parts, so the kit still performs as described. Do not swap a component for a similar model without first checking the protocol and whether it is compatible with the rest of the installation.
