What it does
- The E1 camera frames the cot and can be aimed from the app, with night vision and two-way audio.
- Recordings are saved on the microSD card included in the kit, with no subscription required.
- The app sends a notification when the camera detects movement or sound, depending on the settings.
- The T1 sensor logs temperature and humidity and warns you if the child's room is too hot, too cold or too dry.
- The T2 bulb works as a night light: it comes on dimmed and in warm white at bedtime or with a tap in the app.
- With a scene, the light fades up in the evening and switches off at a set time.

How to install it
Hub and network. Plug the M100 hub into one of the kit's USB adapters, in a socket in the child's room or the hallway. In the Aqara Home app you create the account, add the hub and connect it to the home 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. The hub runs the sensor and the bulb; the camera joins the Wi-Fi directly and is added to the same app.
Camera. Put the camera on a shelf or a tall piece of furniture, out of the child's reach, with the cot in the middle of the frame. The power cable should be run along the wall and kept away from the cot. Insert the kit's SanDisk High Endurance microSD card before switching it on: it is built for the continuous writing of recordings.
Sensor, bulb and power supply. The T1 sensor sits on a shelf at mid height, away from the radiator and the window. The T2 bulb screws into the night light with an E27 socket, which must stay powered at all times. The kit includes three 5V USB power supplies, because the hub and the camera do not come with any.
App and pairing. In the app, add the camera with the guided procedure, then select the hub and pair the sensor and the bulb close to it. On the camera, set the zones and the sensitivity for movement and sound and choose recording to microSD. Check that the notifications reach both parents' smartphones.
Recommended automations. Create the bedtime scene: at the time you choose the bulb comes on in warm light at 10% and switches off after half an hour. Set an alert if the temperature leaves the range your paediatrician recommends or if the humidity drops too far. Turn on the camera's privacy mode when you are in the room.
Contents verified. The E1 camera, the T1 sensor and the T2 bulb are all Aqara and are handled in the same app; the sensor and the bulb go through the M100 hub. The kit includes a SanDisk High Endurance microSD card, one for the camera, for continuous recording, and a pack of three 5V USB power adapters, because the hub and the camera do not come with one.

Before you order
Do you need a hub?
Yes, for the sensor and the bulb, which are run by the included Aqara M100 hub. The camera connects straight to the home Wi-Fi, but is used in the same Aqara Home app and in the same scenes.
Does it work with Alexa, Google or Apple?
The kit is managed from the Aqara Home app, where the automations are created. The hub brings the devices into Apple Home where Aqara supports it and, through Matter, into Alexa and Google Home as well; support varies by device type. Automations are best kept in the Aqara app, which runs them on the hub.
Do you need an electrician?
No. The hub and the camera run off the USB power supplies included, the bulb screws into an existing lamp and the sensor simply sits on a shelf. At most you need a drill or some double-sided tape to run the cables along the wall.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The camera keeps recording to the microSD card, but without internet you cannot watch it from your phone while you are away and no notifications arrive. According to the manufacturer, automations between the sensor and the bulb on the same hub can keep running locally.
Can I add more devices?
Yes. You can add a wireless button for the light, door and window sensors or a thermostatic valve to the same hub. A second camera is added to the same app. Every extra device is paired with the same guided procedure in the app.
Are batteries included?
The T1 sensor runs on the coin cell supplied by the manufacturer. The camera and the hub are powered by the USB adapters included in the kit; the bulb takes its power from the lamp. The sensor's charge level is checked in the app.
Is it a medical device?
No. The camera and the sensor help you keep an eye on the nursery, but they are not medical devices and they do not replace adult supervision or a breathing monitor. The camera cable must always be kept out of the child's reach.
What if a product is out of stock on Amazon?
