The catalogue's ESS and container format batteries: GoodWe ESA all-in-one units of 125 kW and 261 kWh, Deye GE-F240 systems of 241 kWh, Deye BOS-A rack modules of 7.68 kWh to build clusters and Litio Store BESS containers up to 1000 kW and 2,570 kWh.

ESS stands for Energy Storage System: not a battery but a plant, where cells, BMS, converter, cooling and fire suppression are integrated and tested together. The advantage is that only the electrical connection is left on site, with much shorter installation times and lower risk.

Sizing starts from the load profile: power in kW for the peaks, energy in kWh or MWh for the duration required.
