The Kundu SR5000 Pro stores your solar system's energy and gives it back to you when you need it: every kWh you'd otherwise feed into the grid or buy back in the evening, you use for free, cutting your energy bill right away. It's an investment that pays for itself over time through the energy savings it generates month after month.
There's no need to change your inverter: just plug it into a regular home power socket (Plug & Play), or, if you're starting from scratch, connect it to a microinverter's BACKUP port to build a solar system with storage without needing a hybrid inverter.

PLUG & PLAY
Take the battery, plug the cable into the socket. That's it.
There is nothing else to do before you start storing energy: plug the dedicated cable into a household socket through the GRID port and the SR5000 Pro is up and running. No changes to the wiring, no inverter to replace.
If you already have a solar PV system, you can fit a smart meter: it measures your surplus generation in real time and stores it in the battery, instead of letting it flow back to the grid.
The battery also has a 2500W AC backup output with UPS switching, so you can connect the equipment that simply cannot go down during a power cut.

Two ways to get solar with storage
Already have solar?
Add 5.12 kWh of storage on the AC side without replacing the inverter you already have. With the smart meter the battery knows when there is surplus energy and stores it automatically.
Starting from scratch?
Use it as a balcony solar system with storage: connect solar panels to a microinverter and the microinverter to the AC BACKUP port of the SR5000 Pro, and you have a solar system with storage without a dedicated hybrid inverter.
Automatic surplus management with a smart meter
The smart meter measures the home's energy balance in real time: when there is surplus solar production the battery stores it, and when the house starts drawing from the grid the battery steps in to cover demand. You can also enable Zero Feed-in, configurable to suit the system and the applicable regulations.
You can also charge it straight from the grid during the cheapest time bands, using the Custom mode in the app.
Non resti mai al buio
If the power fails, the SR5000 Pro switches over to backup supply in under 10 milliseconds, keeping whatever is connected to the BACKUP port running (fridge, router, lighting and so on). Off-grid output up to 2,500W. Note: the Backup port can be used either as an input for microinverters OR as an AC output of max 2500W, not both at the same time.

The dedicated app lets you manage every aspect of the battery, with no manual intervention needed.
- Modalità AI: combines energy prices with weather forecasts to build a daily charge/discharge plan automatically, buying power when it is cheap and drawing on the battery when it is expensive.

- Smart Socket Mode: the battery follows the consumption measured by a smart plug
- Real-time monitoring of production, consumption, state of charge and estimated savings in euros

Works in the cold, too
Built-in heating film lets the battery charge and discharge even at low temperatures. Operating range from -20°C to 60°C and IP65 protection against dust and water, so you can install it outdoors too, on a balcony or in the garage. Natural cooling, noise below 30dB.
Interfacce multiple, massima flessibilità
GRID port for the connection to the household supply, BACKUP port for critical loads or the microinverter, RS485 and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth for communication with the app and the smart meter.
Compatible with any installation and expandable over time
Works with solar systems of any brand that are already installed. If you need more capacity later on, you connect several units in parallel for up to 30.72 kWh in total, with a maximum output of 3,500W single-phase or 10,500W three-phase.
