The Deye SUN-40K-SG01HP3-EU-BM4 is a 40 kW three-phase hybrid inverter for storage systems with a high voltage battery. It has 4 MPPT trackers, accepts up to 45,500 W of PV power with a maximum DC voltage of 1,000 V and handles generation, storage, grid import and the supply of essential loads in a single device.
It is intended for large residential installations and for three-phase commercial and light industrial users: it works on-grid, off-grid and as a UPS, switching automatically to island mode if the grid fails, and it can be combined with a generator set. The IP65 enclosure with intelligent air cooling also allows outdoor installation. Compatibility with high voltage batteries depends on the BMS protocol: only packs included in the Deye compatibility lists should be used, with CAN communication. The built-in Wi-Fi module enables monitoring from the app and the portal; optional LAN and 4G modules are available.
