A hybrid inverter without a meter works blind: it does not know how much the house is drawing, so it cannot tell how much energy to keep and how much to export. A bidirectional meter is what makes real self-consumption possible, and on new installations it is also what keeps export within the limit.
The DTSU666 is the three-phase version, the one half the inverter makers rebadge. It measures through external current transformers, so you pick the rating to suit the line, and it communicates over RS485 Modbus.
