Fox ESS EK6 5.76kWh 192V High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery
The Fox ESS EK6 is a high voltage storage battery that works as a complete unit: nothing to stack and no separate master module. It connects to the hybrid inverter and collects solar energy, giving it back in the evening or when the grid fails. With 192V nominal and 5.76kWh it suits a domestic system that wants a small footprint and a quick install.
When one battery is not enough, several units run in parallel through the FE-JUNBOX-HV junction box, ordered separately, taking the system to 23.04kWh. It mounts on a wall or stands on the floor, indoors or out: the enclosure is IP65 and the footprint stays compact.
The cells are lithium iron phosphate with a declared depth of discharge of 90%: of the 5.76kWh nominal, about 5.18kWh remain usable. Fox ESS declares a maximum charge and discharge current of 30A, about 5760W at the nominal 192V, with a discharge peak of 65A for 60s, about 12480W: generous headroom for heat pump and motor inrush. Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
