Jinko JK03M Solar Connector Pair Male and Female 1500V DC 50A IP68

This is the Jinko PV-JK03M solar connector pair, one male and one female in the same pack, used to terminate the string cables of a PV array. It is the genuine connector compatible with Jinko first-generation modules: right for a replacement, for remaking a damaged termination, or for building leads to the length you actually need.

Jinko rates it for 1000V and 1500V DC, with a rated current of 45A on 4mm² cable and 50A on 6mm², so it covers residential strings and larger 1500V arrays alike. Contact resistance is no more than 0.3mΩ, which is the figure that really matters on a string connector: less resistance means fewer losses and less heat at the most critical point of the wiring.

Environmental sealing is what a component living outdoors for twenty years needs: IP68 once mated (1 metre for 2 hours), IP2X when open, a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and resistance to ozone and ultraviolet light. Two safety details: it releases only with a tool, so it cannot come apart by accident, and the nut retention keeps the tightening torque valid over time. Certified TÜV to IEC 62852, UL and JET. Crimping needs the correct tool and qualified hands.
