Safiery Induction Dual Hob Cooktop — suits 2000W Inverter (no pulsing)

Electric galley and hot water with no generator: induction cooktops with smooth, continuous power (no pulsing) and electric tank or instant water heaters, all sized to run on a 2000 W inverter.

Dual-hob induction (1800W + 1300W, limited to 2000W overall) on a 10A plug, with a Schott Ceran crystal top. No pulsing.

The Safiery Induction Dual Hob Cooktop is a two-zone, benchtop-mount induction cooktop built for marine vessels, RVs and caravans, and off-grid builds running on a 2000W inverter. Most domestic induction cooktops draw 2400W or more and will trip a 2000W inverter; this cooktop's two hobs (1800W and 1300W) are sized to a 2000W combined limit instead, so it runs on the power system you likely already have.

What separates it from cheap induction units is how it delivers that power. Budget cooktops simulate lower heat by rapidly switching full power on and off, causing uneven cooking, audible clicking, and electromagnetic interference that's unwelcome near marine or RV electronics. This cooktop instead runs true continuous power across its full 300W-2000W range, including a genuine low simmer at 300W with no open flame, which is also why it's approved for outdoor use under a Total Fire Ban. It's rated at 94% cooking efficiency, against roughly 70% for conventional electric and 40% for LPG gas, and will boil 0.5L of water in about 2 minutes at 1800W.

Under the German Schott Ceran black crystal glass top, it carries independent SAA certification on both the appliance and its power circuitry, runs on a standard 240V/10A connection, and needs a 497 x 270mm cutout in a 520 x 290 x 55mm footprint at 5.1kg. Standard safety features apply: child lock, auto-off, overheat protection, and empty-pan detection.

Compared with the Safiery Induction Single Hob Cooktop, which shares the same 2000W-inverter compatibility but has one zone, choose this dual hob for two pans at once; the Safiery USA Dual Hob Induction Cooktop covers the equivalent setup for 110V markets. Any ferromagnetic cookware works, including cast iron, enamel-coated iron, carbon steel, or magnetic stainless steel; a magnet sticking firmly to the pan base confirms it will work.
