SolarEdge SECT-SPL-250A-A Current Transformer 250 A Split-Core
The SolarEdge SECT-SPL-250A-A is a 250 A split-core current transformer (CT), designed for commercial-scale systems to be measured with SolarEdge energy meters with a Modbus connection, such as the SE-MTR-3Y-400V-A. The split core allows mounting on the existing cable without cutting it.
The output is 333 mV and the supplied cable measures 2.4 metres. The internal opening is 24 x 25 mm, with external dimensions of 46.2 x 65.4 mm, enough for the large cross-section conductors typical of commercial switchboards. For a three-phase measurement one CT per phase is required. System accuracy is +/-1.25 % over the 1-100 % range of the rated current, according to IEC 62053-21 class 1 and IEC 62053-23 class 2.
