Solis FlexHome 5kWh Stackable High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery Module
The Solis FlexHome 5kWh module is the stackable element of the SolisStorage high voltage range, built for homes with heavy consumption and for systems meant to grow over time. It banks what the solar array produces around midday and releases it in the evening, lifting the share of self-consumption and keeping backup loads alive during a grid outage.
The module does not work on its own: it needs the high voltage BMS SOL-SBAT-BMS-HV-ST-OD, ordered separately, and a complete system is 1 BMS plus 3 battery modules, that is 15kWh. From there capacity grows in 5kWh steps up to 40kWh, and up to 4 units can run in parallel. That structure lets the installer start with what is needed and add modules as consumption rises, without rebuilding the installation.
The cells are lithium iron phosphate, a chemistry chosen for stability: declared depth of discharge is 90% or better and expected life is over 6000 cycles, roughly ten years of service. The intelligent BMS watches the voltage and temperature of every cell. Installation and commissioning must be carried out by qualified personnel.
