SolarEdge IAC-RBAT-5KCINV-02 Battery-Inverter RWS Connection Cable Kit
The SolarEdge IAC-RBAT-5KCINV-02 cable kit is the original connection set between the low voltage SolarEdge Home Battery 48V (BAT-05K48) storage tower and the StorEdge three-phase RWS series (SE*K-RWS48) inverters. It includes the positive and negative DC cables, the earthing cable and the communication cable, all pre-assembled and fitted with dedicated SolarEdge connectors for quick, error-proof installation.
The kit is mandatory for commissioning the system: without it the battery cannot be connected to the inverter. One is needed for each system (it connects the inverter to the first battery tower); to connect several modules within the same tower the IAC-RBAT-5KCBAT-01 kit is used, and to join two towers the IAC-RBAT-5KCTOW-01 kit. Communication between battery and inverter takes place over the CAN bus via an RJ45 cable with a watertight connector. Take care not to confuse it with the code IAC-RBAT-5KCINV-01, which is intended for SolarEdge Home Hub RWB48 inverters.
