SMone SM-CT20-80-5-05 Current Transformer 80/5 A Class 0.5 Ø 20 mm
The SMone SM-CT20-80-5-05 is a single-phase feed-through current transformer (CT) of the SM-CK20 series, with a transformation ratio of 80/5 A. It converts the line current into a standardised 5 A secondary signal, usable by energy meters, power analysers, power factor controllers and SVG compensators that require an indirect measurement of the current.
It is installed in the electrical panel by passing the phase conductor through the Ø 20 mm window; the secondary is connected by means of screw terminals protected against accidental contact. The 0.5 accuracy class makes it suitable for internal billing and sub-metering measurements, while the FS 5 safety factor protects the downstream instruments by limiting the secondary current in the event of a heavy primary overcurrent.
