The SMone SM-CT30N-150-5-05 is a single-phase feed-through current transformer (CT) of the SM-TK30N series, with a transformation ratio of 150/5 A and an enlarged window of Ø 26 mm. It transforms the line current into a 5 A secondary signal intended for energy meters, power analysers, power factor controllers and static SVG compensators.
It is mounted in the electrical panel by passing the phase cable or busbar through the core: the 26 mm window accommodates the large cross-section conductors typical of 150 A lines. The secondary is connected to screw terminals with protection against accidental contact. The 0.5 accuracy class and the FS 5 safety factor guarantee accurate measurements and the protection of the downstream instruments in the event of an overcurrent.
