The Smart Dongle-WLAN-FE SDongleA-05 is the Huawei communication module that plugs into the USB port of SUN2000 and SUN5000 inverters and connects them to the FusionSolar monitoring portal via Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n, 2.4 GHz) or via network cable through the Fast Ethernet 10/100 Mbps port.
It is a plug and play accessory: once inserted it is automatically recognised by the inverter and allows the system to be commissioned and configured from the FusionSolar app. It manages up to 10 devices (inverters daisy-chained over RS485), typically draws 2.5 W, weighs 90 g and is IP65 certified with an operating temperature from -30 °C to +65 °C. The wireless connection is protected with WPA/WPA2 (TKIP, CCMP, AES).
