The Huawei Smart Dongle-4G SDongleB-06-EU is the 4G/LTE communication module that connects Huawei SUN2000 inverters to the FusionSolar monitoring system when no reliable home network is available. It plugs into the inverter's USB port and, once a data Mini-SIM is inserted, sends production, consumption and alarm data to the portal and the app with no network cabling required.
A single dongle can collect data from up to 10 inverters cascaded together over RS485, reducing the number of SIMs needed in multi-inverter plants. It also includes a WLAN access point used during commissioning and local maintenance, has an IP65 protection rating and operates from -30 °C to +65 °C, so it stays reliable even with the inverter installed outdoors. It is compatible with the SUN2000 KTL-L1, LC0, KTL-M1, KTL-M5, K-MB0 and K-MAP0 series.
