SolaX MC0600 BMS for T-BAT-SYS-HV-3.0 Triple Power High Voltage Storage
The MC0600 is the battery management unit (BMS) of the SolaX T-BAT-SYS-HV-3.0 high voltage storage system (Triple Power 3.0), the one built with the 3.1 kWh HV10230 modules. It forms the base of the tower and is its brain: it monitors the voltage, current and temperature of every cell, manages balancing, enables or stops charging and discharging and talks to the hybrid inverter. Without this module the Triple Power 3.0 battery packs cannot operate.
It is installed stacked beneath the battery modules, on the floor or on a wall, and communicates with the inverter via CAN 2.0 and RS485. The IP65 protection rating and the management of the system's built-in heating allow operation down to -30 °C. Please note: it is specific to the Triple Power 3.0 modules (HV10230) and is not interchangeable with the BMS units of the T-BAT H 5.8 or TP-HS50E families.
Key features
System Control UnitIt manages cell balancing, protection against overcharge and deep discharge, thermal control and communication with the inverter. It is essential: without the MC0600 the Triple Power 3.0 tower will not start.
Base of the Modular TowerIt also acts as the mechanical base on which the 3.1 kWh HV10230 battery modules are stacked, simplifying assembly.
CAN and RS485 CommunicationThe two interfaces allow continuous dialogue with the SolaX hybrid inverter for coordinated management of energy flows.
Heating ManagementIt coordinates the heating function of the modules, which extends the working range down to -30 °C against the 0 °C in charge without heating.
Sheltered IP65 InstallationThe IP65 enclosure allows mounting even in damp or dusty plant rooms.
Dedicated CompatibilityIt is the specific BMS of the Triple Power 3.0 family (HV10230 modules): it should not be confused with the TBMS-MCS0800E / MCS0800E-D units intended for TP-HS50E modules.
