Three-phase string inverters, from small residential systems to large industrial plants: Fronius Symo 3.0-3-M at 3kW with two MPPTs, FoxESS T17 G3 at 17kW with two MPPTs, up to the SolarEdge Synergy SE100K and SE120K at 100 and 120kW with three SESUK units.
Above 50kW the architecture changes: Synergy inverters are made of several independent units under a single interface, so a fault stops part of the plant rather than all of it. On large arrays that redundancy is worth more than a point of efficiency.
For the connection what counts is the voltage level at the connection point: in low voltage CEI 0-21 applies, on systems that need medium voltage CEI 0-16.
