1× SolarEdge SE8K-RW0TEBEN4 8 kW three-phase string inverter
Converts the module output to AC and feeds it into the grid. Fixed-voltage string 750 V with optimizers.
16× SolarEdge S500B power optimizers (650 W, 85 V, 15 A), one per module
Module-level MPPT, per-panel monitoring and safety shutdown.
1× Three-phase AC field box 20 A with MCB, 300 mA Type A RCD and Type 2 SPD
Protection and isolation of the AC grid connection.
1× DC field box 1000 V for 1 string with Type 2 SPD and Stäubli MC4 connectors

PV String Design
A single string of 16 modules, each with its own optimizer, for 9.44 kWp; DC/AC ratio 1.18×, within the inverter’s 10.8 kW maximum DC power.
Storage, Grid and Operation
Each module connects to an S500B optimizer: a single string of 16 optimizers (minimum 14, up to 11,250 W per string on three-phase) at a fixed 750 V. The 590 W module (Voc 52.82 V, Isc 14.02 A) is within the optimizer limits (85 V, 15 A). Grid-tie string inverter without battery, CEI 0-21 compliant, with built-in DC isolator. Power within 11.08 kW: interface protection is the one built into the inverter.
A consistent, well-engineered system
The kit uses selected components and a PV configuration calculated and checked against the inverter’s electrical limits, ready for installation by qualified personnel. The product includes only the listed components. Mounting structures, cables, connectors, installation, permits, commissioning and any additional protection required by the design or lightning-risk assessment are not included. Shipping is a flat €120 in Italy and €350 within the European Union.
