The Deye SUN-5K-SG04LP3-EU is a 5 kW three-phase hybrid inverter for low voltage storage systems (40-60 V battery, typically 48 V packs). It accepts up to 10,000 W of PV across 2 MPPT trackers and combines DC/AC conversion, battery management and grid interaction in a single device.
It is the typical solution for homes and small businesses with a three-phase connection that want to increase self-consumption while keeping their supply uninterrupted: it operates on-grid, off-grid and as a UPS, with a generator set input and the option of connecting up to 10 units in parallel. It is compatible with lead-acid and lithium batteries (Li-ion and LiFePO4) with a predefined BMS protocol over CAN or RS485. The IP65 protection rating also allows outdoor installation; the built-in Wi-Fi module enables monitoring from the app and the portal.
