Premium Off-Grid Solar Kit
A complete off-grid solar kit with professional-grade Victron Energy and Pylontech components. The 7.02 kWp solar array is managed by two independent SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers and feeds a 48V system with 14.4 kWh of LiFePO4 storage.
The heart of the system is the Victron MultiPlus-II 48/6k5/100-50, a 6,500VA inverter/charger, ideal for off-grid systems that need generous available power, autonomy, and smart energy management.

⛽ Smart generator management: the MultiPlus-II can use a generator as an AC source to power the loads and recharge the batteries. Paired with the Cerbo GX, start and stop can be automated based on battery state and system needs, avoiding needlessly keeping the generator running and reducing fuel consumption.
Kit Contents
1× Victron MultiPlus-II 48/6k5/100-50

5" touchscreen display for direct control of the system status, solar production, batteries, consumption, and energy sources.
1× GX Touch 50 Wall Mount
Original Victron wall-mount bracket for the GX Touch 50 display.
3× VE.Can RJ45 Cables
Victron RJ45 data cables for connecting and linking the system's components, including the SmartSolar charge controllers and the Cerbo GX.
1× VE.Can Type A Cable 1.8m
CAN-Bus communication cable for integrating the Pylontech batteries with the Victron monitoring system.
1× Victron USB Interface
Interface for connecting and configuring Victron devices via computer.
2× Victron Busbar 250A 4P + Cover
Original Victron 250A DC distribution busbars, one for positive and one for negative, sized for a tidy, robust DC distribution suited to the system's currents.
7.02 kWp of Solar Production
The 12 bifacial 585W panels form a total solar array of 7.02 kWp, managed through two independent SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers.
Splitting the array across two charge controllers allows flexible string management and makes it possible to effectively use solar production to power the loads and recharge the storage.
DC Distribution Sized for the System
The DC distribution uses two Victron 250A busbars, one dedicated to positive and one to negative, replacing the 150A busbars used in lower-power configurations.
In this configuration the 250A busbars are a simple, cost-effective solution, maintaining professional-grade DC current distribution without the added cost of a full Lynx system.
A Complete, Intelligent, Connected Victron System
Combining the MultiPlus-II, dual SmartSolar MPPT, and Cerbo GX makes it possible to build an advanced off-grid system in which solar production, batteries, inverter, consumption, and energy sources can all be controlled and monitored centrally.
Through the Victron VRM portal you can also monitor the system remotely, checking production, battery status, consumption, historical data, and overall system operation.
🔗 An open, expandable, integrable ecosystem
The Victron ecosystem can communicate directly, or through protocols, gateways, and integrations, with numerous devices and platforms available on the market. These include: Home Assistant, Shelly, Node-RED, MQTT, Modbus TCP, Signal K, Fronius, SMA, SolarEdge, ABB, Carlo Gavazzi, Wakespeed, Arco Zeus, Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad, B&G, Lowrance, Furuno, NMEA 2000, RV-C, Grafana, InfluxDB, Raspberry Pi, and PLC/SCADA systems.
This openness makes it possible to build custom automations and logic: switching loads on or off based on solar production or battery state, controlling smart devices, managing the generator, collecting data, receiving alarms, and monitoring the entire system remotely.
Protection boxes not included: DC isolators, fuses and surge protection devices (SPD) on the PV string side and the protection on the inverter’s AC output must be selected by the installer according to the maximum voltage of the MPPT charge controllers and the system design.
Uncompromising quality
The kit uses selected components from leading brands such as Victron Energy and Pylontech, together with high-power TIER-1 solar modules. A configuration designed for anyone looking for a powerful, robust, expandable, intelligent off-grid system built with professional-grade components.
