What it does
- The TX Gen2 faceplates replace the old rocker switches: the light goes on and off with a touch on the glass.
- The two two-channel faceplates each control two lights, a chandelier and spotlights in the same room for example.
- The NSPanel Pro 120 panel shows every light on one screen and is used for scenes and group commands.
- In the eWeLink app you set schedules, timed lights and scenes spanning several rooms.
- The lights appear in the voice assistants through the eWeLink integration.

How it is installed
Wi-Fi network. The plates and the panel join the home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi through the eWeLink app, with no hub. Before fitting, check the coverage in the four rooms and at the spot where the panel will go, usually the hall or the living room. If the signal is weak, sort the network out first with a repeater or a mesh system.
Touch plates. The electrician isolates the supply, takes out the existing switch inserts and fits the TX Gen2 faceplates in the 503 boxes, following the manufacturer's diagram: the single-channel models where there is one light, the two-channel ones where there are two circuits. Before buying, check the manufacturer's datasheet to see whether a neutral is needed and whether one is present in the boxes. Work on 230V by qualified personnel only.
Panel and connections. The NSPanel Pro 120 fits in a 503 box somewhere people pass, at switch height, and is fed at 230V as the manufacturer specifies. The Wago 221 connectors included are for the joints inside the boxes, where space is often tight and the old terminals cannot be reused.
App and pairing. In the eWeLink app you add one faceplate at a time and assign each channel to a room under the name of its light. Then the panel is added on the same account: the lights appear on its screen and can be sorted by room. The voice assistant integration is turned on from the app too.
Recommended automations. A “goodnight” scene on the panel that turns every light off, hallway lights that go off by themselves after a few minutes, living room spotlights on a schedule in the evening. Schedules also make the house look lived in while you are away. Scenes built in the app are called up with one touch on the panel, or by voice.
Contents verified. The four TX Gen2 faceplates and the NSPanel Pro 120 are Sonoff devices, sized for a 503 box and managed in the same eWeLink app, which brings them together on the panel, in the scenes and in the voice assistants. Two packs of Wago 221 connectors are included for the modules' connections in the boxes.

Before you order
Do you need a hub?
No. The plates and the panel connect straight to the home Wi-Fi and are managed from the eWeLink app. The NSPanel Pro 120 is the central control point for the lights, but it is not needed as a hub for the plates to work.
Do the faceplates fit 503 boxes?
Yes, the kit uses the versions for the rectangular 503 back box, the most common in Italian installations. The electrician still checks the depth of the box and the state of the cables before fitting them, because space can be tight in older boxes.
Do you need an electrician?
Yes. The faceplates and the panel replace the existing inserts and wire into 230V: the work must be done by qualified personnel with the installation isolated, checking the manufacturer's wiring diagram and that a neutral is present where it is needed.
Does it work with Alexa and Google?
Yes, through the eWeLink integration you switch on in the app: every light shows up in the assistant and is controlled by voice. Schedules and scenes are set in the eWeLink app and can also be called up from the panel.
What happens if there is no internet?
A touch on the faceplate still switches the light on and off, because the relay is in the faceplate itself. Without internet, control from outside and the voice assistants do not work; whether scenes run locally depends on what the manufacturer provides.
Can I add more rooms?
Yes: more TX Gen2 plates or other Sonoff devices can be added, and they appear in the same app and on the panel's screen. For roller shutters and for sensors, get in touch through the contact page and we will tell you which models work.
