Huawei SUN2000-600W-P Power Optimizer 600 W with Rapid Shutdown
The Huawei SUN2000-600W-P is a Smart PV Optimizer (Smart Module Controller) installed behind an individual PV module to manage its maximum power point independently. It is especially useful in plants with partial shading, roof sections with different orientations or tilts, or modules of uneven power: each panel works at its own maximum without the performance of a string being limited by its weakest module.
It handles modules up to 600 W rated power with input voltage up to 80 V and short-circuit current up to 14.5 A, making it suitable for large-format panels with 210 mm cells too. It offers a maximum efficiency of 99.5 %, Staubli MC4 connectors (0.15 m input cable, 1.3 m output) and an IP68 protection rating for permanent rooftop installation. It includes the rapid shutdown function: during servicing or an emergency it brings the output of every module to 0 V, making strings and operators safe. It is used with Huawei SUN2000 inverters that support module-level optimization and with per-panel monitoring in the FusionSolar app.
