Pallet of 36 Horay 630 W N-Type TOPCon bifacial dual glass solar panels, 22.68 kWp

This is a complete pallet of 36 Horay HS630TC-MHC-D 630 W photovoltaic modules, for a total output of 22.68 kWp. A full pallet costs far less than the same modules bought individually and covers, in a single delivery, a complete commercial system or a large residential one: all the modules come from the same batch, with matched electrical parameters and no mismatch losses along the string.

This is a large-format module, 2382 × 1134 mm, built with 132 half-cut N-type TOPCon monocrystalline cells using SMBB multi-busbar: the many busbars cut resistive losses and make the module less sensitive to microcracks. The structure is glass-glass with dual 2.0 mm heat-strengthened glass and an anti-reflective coating on both faces, with an anodized aluminium frame. It withstands 5400 Pa of snow load and 2400 Pa of wind load, 25 mm hail at 23 m/s, and carries an IP68 junction box with three diodes.

With 630 W per module and 23.3 % efficiency, fewer modules, fewer clamps and fewer strings are needed per installed kWp: it is the ideal format for warehouses, canopies and ground mounts, where installation cost weighs as much as the module. The -0.28 %/°C temperature coefficient and the 71 % ± 5 % bifaciality keep summer production high and recover energy from the rear side. Horay guarantees 15 years on the product and 30 years of linear power output, with at least 87.4 % in year 30.
