Complete pallet of 36 JA Solar photovoltaic modules of 460 W each, for an installed output of 16.56 kWp. Buying the full pallet costs noticeably less than buying single modules: the price per watt drops, shipping is charged once and every panel comes from the same production batch, with electrical tolerances matched to each other. This is the format used to cover a large residential system or a complete commercial plant in a single delivery — warehouses, carports, farms, apartment blocks — without splitting the purchase across several orders.
The module is a JAM54D40-460/LB from the DeepBlue 4.0 Pro series, built with 108 monocrystalline N-type TOPCon half-cells of 182 mm. The structure is bifacial dual glass: 1.6 mm tempered glass on the front and on the rear, with a black anodised aluminium frame. The transparent rear face collects radiation reflected off the mounting surface and adds energy for the same occupied area, above all on light-coloured roofs, gravel or white membranes. Module efficiency reaches 23.02%.
N-type cells behave better than PERC when the roof heats up: the power temperature coefficient is -0.29 %/°C and annual degradation stops at 0.4%, with 87.4% of the power guaranteed at 30 years. The glass-glass sandwich removes the backsheet, the usual long-term weak point, and stands up better to moisture, ammonia and abrasion. JA Solar covers the module with a 15-year product warranty. It is the right choice when you want the highest yield per square metre together with a discreet black-frame look.
