This is a complete pallet of 36 Suntech STP440S-I54/NSFB 440 W photovoltaic modules, for a total output of 15.84 kWp. Buying the full pallet costs considerably less than buying the modules one by one, and it is the usual way to source a large residential or a complete commercial system in a single delivery: the modules come from the same production batch, with matched electrical characteristics, ready to be strung without mismatch issues.
The module is built on N-type TOPCon monocrystalline cells in half-cut format (108 cells, 6 × 18) and on a 2.0 + 2.0 mm glass-glass structure with a black anodized aluminium frame. N-type silicon is free of LID by nature: after the first-year drop (≤ 1 %) the annual loss is only 0.40 %, leaving more than 87.4 % of the rated power guaranteed in year 30. The -0.29 %/°C temperature coefficient keeps the yield high on hot days, when conventional p-type modules lose more.
It is a bifacial module with an 80 % ± 5 % bifaciality factor: on light-coloured roofing, flat roofs and ground mounts it also harvests energy from the rear side. The 22.0 % efficiency in a compact 1762 × 1134 mm format weighing just 24.5 kg, together with the full-black look, suits both residential installations where appearance matters and warehouses or carports where yield per square metre matters. Suntech backs the product with a 25-year warranty and the power output with a 30-year linear warranty.
