The code 4,240,390 identifies the 3.98 kWh Fronius Reserva Pro storage module, the building block of the Fronius Reserva Pro high voltage battery intended for medium to large residential and small commercial applications. Each tower accepts from 3 to 8 modules, covering sizes from 12.0 to 32.0 kWh (11.9 - 31.9 kWh usable); by connecting up to 4 systems in parallel, about 128 kWh can be reached.
The module uses LiFePO4 cells, has a nominal voltage of 70.84 V (range 55 - 80.3 V) and weighs 36 kg. The battery interfaces via Modbus RS485 with the Fronius Primo GEN24 Plus, Symo GEN24 Plus and Verto Plus hybrid inverters, delivers up to 50 A and uses Stäubli MC4 Evo Stor DC connectors. It is IP65 certified, operates from -20 to +50 °C and is covered by a 10-year warranty at 80% SOH.
