Kostal HELIVOR HV 3.2kWh 64V High Voltage LiFePO4 Battery Module
The Kostal HELIVOR HV 3.2kWh module is the building block of the HELIVOR high voltage storage system: modules stack into a tower that banks solar energy and gives it back when the sun is gone. Module connections are plug-in and screwless, and at first start-up the system detects by itself how many modules are present.
A working tower needs at least two modules plus the HELIVOR HV BMS BASE unit, ordered separately: that base holds the management electronics and the link to the inverter. With several towers in parallel, capacity runs from 6.4 to 230.4kWh, covering homes and commercial sites alike. Peak charge and discharge power is reached with PLENTICORE G3 and PLENTICORE plus G2 inverters.
The cells are lithium iron phosphate, VDE and CE certified, with a declared depth of discharge of 100%. Cycle efficiency is 96% or better. The module works over a wide temperature range and its IP65 enclosure allows indoor and outdoor installation. There is no WiFi in the critical system components, a deliberate cybersecurity choice. Every module balances itself automatically and stores SoC, SoH and cycle data.
