GoodWe GM330 three-phase smart meter for self-consumption and export limitation
The GM330 is the meter that tells a GoodWe inverter how much energy the home or business is actually consuming and how much is going to the grid. Without that measurement the inverter can neither do intelligent self-consumption nor respect an export limit: it works blind.
It mounts on a DIN rail taking 4 modules, reads single and three-phase networks (1P2W, 3P3W, 3P4W) from 100 to 472 V and talks to the inverter over RS485 at up to 1000 metres, which lets it sit in the main board even when the inverter is elsewhere. Declared accuracy is class 0.5 on voltage, current and active energy.
Important: the GM330 works with external current transformers, which are not included. That is exactly what makes it suitable for commercial and industrial sizes, where currents are too high for a meter with built-in CTs: you pick the CT that matches your current, with a 5 A secondary, and set the ratio in the software.

PDFDatasheetTechnical data of the product — GM330The current transformers are not included: order them separately, with a 5 A secondary and accuracy class 0.5. A class 1 or worse CT degrades the accuracy of self-consumption and export limiting. The CT ratio must then be set in the SolarGo app.
