Noark 100004 Ex9BN Miniature Circuit Breaker 1P Curve B 6 A 6 kA
The Noark 100004 is a modular miniature circuit breaker of the Ex9BN series, in a single-pole version with a rated current of 6 A and tripping curve B. It takes up a single DIN module (18 mm) and has a rated breaking capacity Icn of 6 kA according to EN 60898.
It is installed in residential and commercial distribution boards and in photovoltaic combiner boxes to protect a single line against overload (bimetallic thermal release) and short circuit (instantaneous magnetic release), and to isolate the circuit during maintenance work. Curve B, with magnetic tripping between 3 and 5 times the rated current, is the right choice for circuits without high inrush currents — lighting circuits, auxiliary and control circuits, supplies to electronic equipment — and for long lines where the minimum short-circuit current is low. The 6 A rating is typical of auxiliary circuits and lighting circuits.
