SolarEdge IAC-RBAT-5KCBAT-01 Module-to-Module Cable Kit for Home Battery 48V
The SolarEdge IAC-RBAT-5KCBAT-01 cable kit is the original interconnection set between two SolarEdge Home Battery 48V (BAT-05K48) battery modules installed in the same tower. It contains the positive and negative DC cables, the earthing cable and the communication cable, with pre-assembled SolarEdge connectors, and is used to connect the modules in parallel in order to increase the available energy.
In the low voltage SolarEdge Home system, up to 4 modules per tower can be stacked and up to 5 modules per inverter connected, for a maximum of approximately 23 kWh. One module-to-module kit is required for each additional module beyond the first within the same tower; to connect two separate towers the IAC-RBAT-5KCTOW-01 kit is used instead. The batteries communicate with each other over RS485 and with the inverter over the CAN bus.
