Deye BOS-G-Pack5.1 LiFePO4 5.12 kWh 51.2 V with BOS-G-PDU-2 PRO PDU/BMS and 3U-HRack-2G rack cabinet included — 61.44 kWh (12 modules, 1 PDU/BMS and 1 rack) or 122.88 kWh (24 modules in two systems of 12, each with its own PDU/BMS and rack, one for each of the two battery inputs).

PV String Design
Calculated configuration: 8 strings of 13 modules, 2 on each of the 4 MPPTs. Operating voltage Vmp 576.6 V, Voc at 25 °C 686.7 V, conservative Voc at −25 °C 783 V — within the inverter’s 1000 V limit and within the 150–850 V MPPT window. Maximum current per MPPT 26.6 A. Module used: 590 W N-Type TOPCon bifacial double-glass module (Vmp 44.35 V, Voc 52.82 V, Imp 13.30 A; conservative coefficient −0.28 %/°C). DC/AC oversizing ratio: 1.23×. Preliminary configuration: to be re-checked against the datasheet of the revision actually purchased and the site conditions.
Storage, Grid and Operation
- ✓Grid-connected operation with storage and energy flow management.
- ✓LiFePO₄ batteries.
- ✓Deye BOS-G system: 3 to 12 modules in series per BOS-G-PDU-2 PRO PDU/BMS, installed in the 3U-HRack-2G rack cabinet; CAN communication with the inverter. With 12 modules per system the nominal voltage is 614.4 V, within the 160–800 V battery range of the inverter, which has two battery inputs.
A consistent, well-engineered system
The kit uses selected components and a PV configuration sized to the inverter’s electrical limits, for a robust, consistent commercial or industrial system ready for installation by qualified personnel. The kit includes only the specified PV panels, inverter, storage battery/batteries, and AC and DC protection panels. Mounting structures, cables, connectors and installation are not included and must be sized by the installer to suit the site. Installation and grid connection must be carried out by licensed personnel.
