SolarEdge S650A-1DM4MBM Power Optimizer 650 W 80 V with 2.3 m Cable
The SolarEdge S650A-1DM4MBM is a power optimizer for residential photovoltaic systems, to be connected to a single module of up to 650 W. It carries out MPPT at module level, eliminating the losses due to mismatch and partial shading, and it allows the performance of the individual panel to be monitored in the SolarEdge platform.
It is installed on the mounting structure and is connected to the module and to the string with MC4 connectors; the 2.3 m positive output cable and the 0.10 m negative one make it easier to connect between rows of modules. It integrates SafeDC™ safety, which reduces the voltage of each optimizer to about 1 V when the inverter is off, and the Sense Connect function for checking the condition of the connectors. It is intended for SolarEdge Home inverters (single-phase Wave and Hub) and for the compatible three-phase inverters; the IP68 enclosure allows outdoor installation.
