The SolarEdge S440-1DM4MRM power optimizer works on one module and tracks its maximum power point independently of the others: a shaded roof plane, a dirty panel or a manufacturing tolerance no longer penalises the whole string.
It is part of the SolarEdge system: together with the inverter it provides module-level shutdown, with the voltage dropping to 1 V per optimizer when the grid is lost, protecting installers and firefighters. Maximum efficiency 99.5 %, MC4 connectors, IP68 rating and a 25-year warranty.
