The OP1-W01-A\11-M by SPAMEL is a break-glass fire alarm call point (ręczny ostrzegacz pożarowy) in the surface-mounted version, intended for the manual operation of the emergency shutdown: it is installed along escape routes, at the entrances to technical rooms or next to the board of the photovoltaic system, and is operated by breaking the front glass with the hammer supplied together with the device.
The type A version provides the automatic release of the button when the glass is broken: it is therefore not necessary to press any further, the operation of the contacts is immediate. The device carries a block with 1 NO contact (1NO) and 1 NC contact (1NC), which make it possible both to operate the shunt trip coil or the fire safety isolator and to report the signal to the fire detection system. The red ABS enclosure with IP65 rating allows installation even in damp or dusty environments. Resetting after operation requires only the replacement of the frangible element (the glass).
