SolarEdge SECT-SPL-100A-A Current Transformer 100 A Split-Core
The SolarEdge SECT-SPL-100A-A is a 100 A split-core current transformer (CT), to be paired with SolarEdge energy meters with a Modbus connection, such as the SE-MTR-3Y-400V-A. Thanks to the split core it is installed on the existing cable without having to cut it, reducing time and costs when working on the switchboard.
The output is of the 333 mV type, compatible with the CT inputs of SolarEdge meters, and the supplied cable is 2.4 metres long. The internal opening is 16 x 16 mm (external dimensions 44 x 31 mm). For a three-phase measurement one CT per phase is needed. The measuring system guarantees an accuracy of +/-1.25 % over the 1-100 % range of the rated current, according to IEC 62053-21 class 1 and IEC 62053-23 class 2.
